Preparation
As well as being an ingredient for your desserts, you can also use our Low-Fat Unsweetened Cocoa Powder to prepare a hot chocolate drink.
- Melt 2 or 3 teaspoons of the product in a pan with a little hot water or milk.
- Stir and slowly add the rest of the water and milk.
- Bring to the boil ad continue to stir for a few minutes.
- For a denser chocolate drink, you can add some corn starch.
