The barley used to produce Crastan products comes exclusively from Italy.

We guarantee no use of genetically modified organisms in our products. The farmers who work for Crastan do not use seeds and plants that come from OGM and we subject our farmers to periodic checks.

We subject all of our final products, before commercialisation, to a series of organoleptic (among which the tastings), microbiologic and chemo-physic checks, to verify the high quality and safety.

Crastan puts a lot of attention into its packaging, both in the planning of new packaging solutions and in the constant improvement of packaging that has already been developed, looking to pursue these objectives:

2) The use of recyclable packaging

It may sometimes happen that, in order to guarantee the freshness and conservation of the product, we are forced to resort to a non-recyclable packaging; Crastan however works constantly to reduce these exceptions.
